Introduction to Computers/Windows XP
Students will be introduced to basic computer concepts and Microsoft® Windows XP.
Introduction to Internet and Email
Students will be introduced to basic internet and email skills.
Microsoft® Word – Level I
This course will provide students with the basic concepts required to create basic business documents and efficiently edit and format those documents.
Microsoft® Word – Level II
Students will gain the skills necessary to enhance Microsoft® Word documents by adding customized formatting, columns, tables, and graphics. In addition, students will work with efficiency tools such as mail merges and templates.
Microsoft® Excel – Level I
Students will gain the skills necessary to create, edit, format and print basic spreadsheets. In addition students will learn to perform calculations using formulas and functions.
Microsoft® Excel – Level II
Learn how to streamline and enhance spreadsheets with templates, charts, and advanced formulas. Students will also work with sorting and filtering options to organize and manipulate data.
Microsoft® Excel – Level III
In this course, you will automate some common Excel tasks, work with advanced data analysis and auditing tools, create macros, work with pivot tables and charts, incorporate multiple data sources, and import or export data.
Microsoft® PowerPoint - Level I
This course is designed for students who are interested in learning the fundamentals needed to create and modify basic Microsoft® PowerPoint presentations.
Microsoft® PowerPoint - Level II
Students will enhance presentations with features that will transform basic presentation into a powerful means of communication.
Microsoft® Access I
Students will be introduced to the concept of the Microsoft® Access relational database applications and its information management tools. Students will learn the basic operations of tables, forms, queries, and report.
Microsoft® Access II
Designed for the student who wants to learn intermediate-level operations of the Microsoft® Access program, this course helps students to design and create databases with powerful, customized tables, queries, forms, and reports.
Get Going with Intuit® Quickbooks
Introduction to QuickBooks’s basic features and give students an opportunity for hands-on practice. Learn how QuickBooks can save time and help organize business finances. Students will learn about the types of information they may need to track in business, and how to enter and track that information using QuickBooks.
